Drive system

The machine is driven by mechanical and hydraulic, flywheel is connected to transfer case, the front is connected to double pumps, supplying power for mechanism below:
1. Track traveling devices
2. Conveyor device and distributor device
3. Tamper
4. Lifting and falling screed, folding hopper and action of cylinders

Traveling device

It is made up of transfer case, gear box with two grades, traveling clutch and chain. Driven chain gear travels with Wheels.

Load mode

Six wheels bear the weight of the whole machine, front wheels are two solid wheels, rear wheels are four pneumatic tires

Steering

The traveling clutch is controlled by hydraulic cylinder, and it can rotate itself with the brake.

Hopper

The capacity is 12tons and controlled by hydraulic cylinder to be cleared.

Roller

It is used to push the back wheels of the loading truck with material.

Conveyor

It is independently driven, clutch for conveyor is controlled by hydraulic cylinder, power is transferred by chain-wheel to drive scraper.
